What we store

A signed-in desk stores what you give it: name, contact, résumés, intent, applications, and cases, on the server so it can come back. Practice (Try the demo) stays on this device. It is not a live desk and it does not upload.

How long

We keep a signed-in desk until you delete it. Open You and tap Delete my desk. Leave practice clears the demo. Disconnecting Gmail stops mail access. Clearance off cancels queued sends.

Gmail

If you tap Connect Gmail, we ask Google for permission to read recent mail and to send as you. We use that only to classify hiring threads and to send drafts you have authorized.

Limited use: we do not use Gmail data to train models, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers. We do not transfer it to a third party except as needed to deliver the send (Google’s own API).

What we refuse

We do not sell résumé, inbox, identity, or personal employment data. Employers cannot buy hidden ranking. Minors stay draft-only unless a guardian is on the desk. We ask 18 or older before a hunt. Under 18 cannot change that answer, pay, connect Gmail, or send until a parent signs in on a different account. Notes for parents. Auto-send is only recruiter replies after you tap Run, and only when every gate passes. Interviews, offers, attachments, and new applications wait for you.
